Silkscreen Printing

Screen printing provides a clear, long-lasting image that doesn’t fade after many washes. Images are superimposed on a screen of silk or mesh fiber using a stencil along with UV curing substrate that blocks out unwanted areas. The durable and highly pigmented ink is then forced through the screen to create prints on the surface of the shirt. This method has unlimited colour options, but the cost increases as more colours and thus more screens are added. This works best for fine, detailed designs that needs a consistent vibrancy, has clear solic colours or sharp images.
